"The issue I have with many small town romances is that they are too sweet and nothing negative ever happens to the characters. Not true for Annika. She learns some painful life lessons after a bit of public humiliation. The ending of this romance is still happy , but not sugar sweet (which I appreciate). Combined with Ms. Lowe's hallmark sense of humor it makes for a great read. " Elizabeth GoodReads Review

"The first in the Wedding Fever series is a fun, romantic romp in a quirky small town. Anni and Finn are well matched in both wits and stubbornness. Their journey from enemies to friends to lovers is one that will keep readers turning pages. But what really gives this book its edge is a secondary romance, which shows that even when there is trouble in paradise, love can overcome any obstacle". 4* RT Review

"...Saved by the Bride has such a wonderful humour and sense of fun about it. Fiona Lowe, you have created a couple, and a town, that you just can’t help but cheer for." 5/5 My Written Romance

"SAVED BY THE BRIDE is a well-written romance. I loved reading about Finn’s parents’ story. And the amazing love story interwoven in the main story of Finn’s sister was an added bonus. RITA and R*BY award winning author Fiona Lowe yet again brings this brilliant romance to her readers and other lovers of romance! " 5* Nas Dean Romance Book Paradise

"On a day I shed a lot of tears listening to the news, this was a great way to end the day. The story and I just clicked and we got on fabulously." 4* GoodReads Review

"Full of misunderstandings, humor, and an accident-prone heroine, I laughed my way through the story. The humor was nicely balanced with a theme of forgiveness, acceptance, and the importance of family. I particularly enjoyed the changing dynamic between Sean, Dana, and Kathleen. Family is never easy, but can be a wonderful blessing - if you let it." 4* Sarah, GoodReads Review

This was one of the best contemporary romances that I've read in awhile. Such a sweet story that made me believe that I was reading about people that I knew in a place that I could look out my window and picture. I'm actually familiar with some of the towns mentioned in the book as they are not too far from where I live. I loved these characters as well as the secondary characters and really enjoyed reading about Finn's family. There was a great deal of humor in this book which always makes for a great read. "Saved by the Bride, the first book in Fiona Lowe’s Wedding Fever series, is a delicious romantic comedy that combines laugh-out-loud physical comedy, sigh-worthy love scenes, and enough heartbreak to keep it real. I liked not only Annika and Finn but also Finn’s sister who is headed toward Bridezilla status in her quest to see that a perfect wedding protects her and her endearing beta finance from the sad ending that her parents experienced. Frothier than Lowe’s Rita-winning Boomerang Bride, this book has the same charm. Tobin and Whitetail have more in common than their Wisconsin address and the wedding business. Give this one a try. I think you’ll be glad you did." JUST JANGA
